Thank you for supporting our vintage shop. Every piece we offer is thoughtfully sourced and chosen for its character, quality, and design. Because vintage items are unique and pre-owned, our policies are a little different from traditional retail stores.


Vintage Condition & Expectations

Our items are vintage and pre-loved, which means they may show signs of age, use, or natural wear. Small imperfections, light scratches, patina, and subtle variations are part of the charm and history of vintage pieces.

We carefully inspect every item and do our best to photograph and describe any notable wear so you can make an informed purchase.

Please review all photos, measurements, and descriptions before purchasing. If you would like additional photos or details, we are always happy to provide them.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Once a vintage piece is sold, it cannot be replaced or restocked, which is why we encourage customers to review all details carefully before purchasing.

Shipping & Delivery

We take great care in packaging items to ensure they arrive safely.

Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be calculated at checkout when applicable. Larger furniture items may require specialty shipping or local pickup.

If you need a shipping quote for furniture or oversized items, please contact us before purchasing.


Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging materials

  • The shipping box and label

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for all items with pick up during store hours.

To schedule a pick up time outside of store hours, contact us @thevintagechair.com or text 407 561-4488,

Once an item is purchased, we will coordinate a pickup time and location. Items must typically be picked up within an agreed timeframe unless other arrangements have been made.


Item Holds

Because our items are one-of-a-kind, we are generally unable to hold items without payment. In certain situations we may offer short holds—please contact us to inquire.
